MATAR PANEER kaise banaye

INGREDIENTS ( SAMAGREE)  matar paneer ki sabji
Paneer -                       250g
Matar  -                         500g
Sarso oil   -                   2 bade chamach     
Ginger  -                           20g
Garlic -                               10 kaliya
Tamater -                            2-  tamater
Onoion-                                 2
Sookhi  sabut  laal mirch -     1 piece
Hara dhaniya -                         2 chamach
Hari mirch -                                4-5 pieces
Haldi -                                      ½ chamach
Namak   -                                1 chamach
Jeera   -                                  ½ chamach
Garam masala -                     ½  chamach
Sooka dhaniya powder      -  ½   chamach
Tej patta    -                             2 pieces
Kali mirch   -                    ¼ chamach
Laal mirch powder –     ½  chamach
Cream -                            2 chamach
Kaju -                                  20g
Kishmish    -                       20g

STEP-1   matar paneer ki sabji

Sabse pehle ham hare taja matar lenge,uske daane nikaal ke ache se wash kar lenge.

STEP – 2

Ek kadai gas per rakhe usme 2 bade chamack sarso oil daal de oil ko puri trah garam

Hone de,jab oil puri trah garam ho jaye,usme se dhuya nikalne lage to gas low flame

 kar de. Ab usme aap tej patta jeera, aur sabut laal mirch daal de aur halka brown

hone tak pakaye .

STEP – 3          matar paneer recipe

Uske baad  ginger aur garlic ko mixer me daal kar pees kar kadhai me daal de.

Gas flame medium kar le. Aur lagataar hilate huye halka brown hone tak pakaye.

Phir onion ko bhi mixer me grind kar ke kadhai me daal de. 5 minute pakane ke baad

Tomater aur hari mirch ko bhi pees kar daal de. Aur thoda pani daal kar achhi se mix kare.

Aur 5 minute tak pakaye.

STEP – 4

 Ab haldi powder , namak  , laal mirch powder, kali mirck daal de,aur achhi se mix kare.

Phir usme  1 ½  glaas pani daal kar dhak de ,15-20 minutes tak pakaye.

STEP  -    5

Paneer ko fry karne ke liye. Ek chhoti kadhai mai  2 chammach ghee ya oil

Daal kar  kata hua paneer daal de.usko halka brown hone tak pakaye.
STEP – 6

Ab paneer ko khadai me daal de aur usme garam masala , sookha daniya

Bhi  daal de, ab mix kare aur cream,kaju,kishmish, daal kar 5 minute tak pakaye .

Last me matar paneer ki sabji ek bowl me nikaal kar hare dhaniya daal kar serve

Kare .
