INREDIENTS (SAMAGREE)
Milk - 1kg
Gajar - 500g
Kishmish - 2 bade chamach
Badam- 2
chamach
Kaju- 2 bade chamach
Khoya- 250g
Sugar-
200g
Chhoti elaichi -
2-3 piece
STEP - 1
Sabse pehle gajro ko saaf pani se dho le.
STEP -2
Uske baad gajar ko halka- halka chheel kar kado-kas kar le.
STEP-3
Ek bada patila le, us me milk daal de. Phir gajar ko daal de .
STEP-4
Phir medium flame per Tab tak pakaye jab tak milk sook na jaye.
STEP-5
Phir aap usme sugar mila dijiye.aur ache se mix kare aur 5
minute tak pakaye.
STEP-6
Ab kaju ,kishmish,badam ko bareek kaat le.aur usme dal se ache se mix kare
STEP-7
Khoya daal kar serve kare.
