INGREDIENTS (SAMAGREE)
Moog dhuli ki daal
- 1 cup
Maah dhuli daal - 1 cup
Dahi - 4 cup
Ginger- 25g
Kali mirch - ¼ chamach
Ghee - fry karne ke liye
Hari mirch - 4-5 piece
Garam masala - 1 chamach
Lal mirch - ¼ chamach
Bhuna hua jeera
- ¼ chamach
Chaat masala - swaad anusaar
Onion- 1 bareek
kata hua.
STEP-1
Sab se pehle moogi dhuli dall aur mah dhuli daal ko 6-7
gante ke liye
Pani mai bhigo kar rakh de.daal ko 6-7 gante bhigone ke baad
usko
Mixer me daal kar halka burbhura pees le aur ache se masal
le.
STEP-2
Ab daal me bhalle ke
liye samagree tyaar kare.sabse pehle 1 bowl lijiye
Usme mixer ki hui daal nikaale .daal me kali mirch,laal
mirch, ginger,
Thoda garam masala.hari mirch daal de ab ise 5 minute tak achhe
se
Mix kare .
STEP - 3
Ab 1 kadhai gas per rakhe usme,fry karne ke liye
ghee daale.
Ghee ko thoda garam hone de.jaise hi ghee garam ho jaaye.
Aap daal ko chammach se barker gol akaar banate huye kadhai
Me daal de. Medium gas flame per halka brown hone tak pakaye.
STEP – 4
Ab 1 aur patila le.usme 4 glaas pani daal kar gas per rakh
de pani ko
Halka garam hi rakhna hai.jaise hi aap ke bhalle fry ho jaye
to kadhai
Me se nikaal kar pani me daal de. 10 minute pani me rakhkar
nikaal
Le aur thanda kar le.
STEP – 5
Ab ek plate le usme 2-3 bhalle daal de,upper dahi
,chaat masala,onion
Bhuna hua jeera thodi kali mirch. Hari chutney,imli ki
chutney daal kar serve kare.
