INGREDIENTS (SAMAAGREE)
( CHANE KE LIYE)
Chane - 250g
Onion 2
Tomato - 1
Hari mirch - 4
Ginger - 50g
Garlic - 6-7 bites
Hara dhaniya - 20g
Oil - 2 tespoon
Jeera - ½ chammach
Sookh dhaniya - ½ chamach
Kassori methi - ½ chamach
Laal mirch powder ¼ chamach
Long - 4 piece
Kali elaichi - 2 piece
Dal chinni - 2 chote piece
Namak - swaad anussar
Makhan- sawaad anussar.
INGREDIENTS

Maida - 200g
Sooji - 100g
Baking powder- ½ chamach
Namak - swaad anusaar
Ajwain - ½ chamach
khati lasii - 1 cup

CHANE KI RECIPE
STEP -1
Sabse pehle
chane le usko ek plate main daal kar saaf kar le .phir ek bartan main 4 glass
pani dalkar
STEP-2
Ek cooker
gas per rakhe lijiye usme 3 glaas pani daal le aur bhige hue chane ko saaf pani
se dho le,
ab cooker me daal de ,4-5 siti ane tak pakaye.
4-5 siti ane ke baad chane ko ungli se dabakar chek kar
le ,agar araam se dhab jaye to samaj lo ki
chane pak gaye hai.
Ek tawa gas per rakhe ,aur uspe jeera,soohka
dhania long,dalchini,badi elaichi danna achhe se brown
hone tak bun le. Ab in
masalo ko pees kar powder bana le.aur is powder ko uble chane me daal kar dhimi
aanch per 5-10 minute tak pakaye. Jo ki
masala chane me mix ho jaaye.
STEP-3
Gas per ek
kadai rakhe ,usme 2 bade chammach oil daal de,oil ko ache se jayada garam karna
hai.kadai me dale kadipata ,ek sabut sokhee lal mirch,jeera. Thoda sa pakaa ker
is me ginger ,garlic
ki paste, bareek
kata hua piyaaz brown hone tak pakaye.uske baad bareek kata hua tamater aur
hari
mirch dal kar acchi se bhune le,
Ab isme dale laal mirch powder, ½ chamach namak , kasoori methi daal kar thoda pani daal
kar
achhi trah bhune le.
STEP – 4
Ab bhune
huye masale me uble huye chane aur sath me uska pani bi daal de,sath
me ise hilate jay
eta jo masale chane per mix ho jaye. Ab ise 10 minute tak pakaye.
STEP-5
Ab isko ek
bade bowl me nikale aur upper hara dhania , piyaaz, aur makhan daal kar
garam-garam
serve kare.
BHATURE KI RECIPE
STEP-1
Sabse pehle ek bowl le usme maida ,sooji ,ajwain,baking
powder, namak swad anusaar aur lassi
mila le. Isko ache se gund le . aur
jaruurat padne par thoda thoda pani daal le.atta gund kar ek dum
mulayam kar le.
Ab aap ise 3-4 gante ke liye chhod de. Taki
hamare bhature phule huye aur crispy ban sake.
STEP-2
Ek kadai me
oil (ghee, refind,) garam kar le . usko poori trah garam hone de .
Ab bhature ke
atte ko luyiaa (pedha) bana kar bail le. Ab bathure ko kadai me talne ke liye
daal de
,halka brown hone tak pakaye.
Crispy aur tasty bhature ban
kar tyaar hai.
